Richmond Natural Universal Clay Ridge Systems provide a simple neat finish for all pitched roofs with slate or tiled roof coverings. Available in five different shapes offering the choice of sharp apex or softer ridge line, Richmond clay ridge systems provide design flexibility to complement any roof finish.

The Richmond ventilated dry ridge system provides unobtrusive continuous ventilation at ridge level, combined with a secure mechanical ridge fixing.

1. Provides continuous ventilation of not less than 5000mm2/m
2. Dry fixing is quicker, less dependent on site skills and guarantees a neater finish than mortar bedding
3. Mechanically fixed and ‘Maintenance-free’ - can be installed in all weathers
4. Visible components are grey to give the appearance of atraditional mortar-bedded ridge

Flexim roof mortar is a ready to use storm proof ridge tile adhesive. It is used as an alternative to traditional mortar for new construction, re-roofing & repairs on clay, concrete, slate and many other types of roof finishes.

Flexim forms a hard external skin but remains flexible on the inside while acting as a durable adhesive and sealant. It has an incredible bonding strength and remains waterproof when used on the ridge, hip, valley and verge.

Flexim does not need to be mixed with any other product, is lightweight, easy pliable and will not crack or break.
