Vapour Permeable Roofing Underlay
Protect VP400 is a high performance vapour permeable roofing
underlay for use in warm and cold pitched roof constructions.
It can be used in unventilated cold loft spaces on any roof shape
and building type.
All our roofing membranes are independently certified with the BRE
in accordance with both the Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
Building Regulations.
VP400 benefits include:
- Being completely waterproof
- Highly vapour permeable
- Can be used as a temporary roof covering for up to three months
before the roof covering is laid
- Easy to cut, clean and light to handle
- Can be used in cold roofs without restriction for wind uplift
in all all exposure conditions in the UK and Ireland
- Helps avoid condensation risk in the roofspace in accordance
with BS5250:2002 Amendment 1:2005
