Building Product Design is a market leader in ventilation and specialist
building products. Formed in the early 1980's by the building and
property development company the Willan Group, BPD is now a fully
integrated company capable of taking products from inception through
to sales, with technical and sales expertise second to none in the
UK building industry.
Marketed under an integrated structure of well-established brand
names, the four subsidiary companies, Glidevale, Passivent, Z-Led
and Kingfisher Louvre Systems, each concentrate on a different market

The Willan Group
The principal operating companies of the Willan Group are Willan Developments and Willan Investments.
Willan Developments undertake property development projects, concentrating mainly on industrial,
warehouse and office schemes and with a track record of successful building know that the skill
and craft of the commercial property developer in producing quality buildings is key for business
occupiers to operate efficiently.
Willan Investments is the landlord of a growing property portfolio valued at close to £30m.

Kingfisher Louvres
Kingfisher manufactures a comprehensive range of aluminium louvres
systems. Kingfisher systems can be used to provide permanent
ventilation combined with weather protection and visual screening,
in a wide range of applications including plant rooms, lift motor
rooms, generators and pumping stations. The Kingfisher range
also includes solar shading louvres to reduce solar gain through
glazing in offices and other commercial or public buildings.
